  • Tirinti

I don’t think this thing is more ergonomic than conventional notebook with touch screen.
I have Vaio T15 and I like it’s standard keyboard and standard mounted screen.

  • rockuz

Pretty impressive coming from Acer. I think I want to see in person before I buy it.

  • Rich

This is probably the first Acer product that I find interesting in years, if not ever. I’m waiting for Haswell release, but seriously I might consider something like this.

  • 3DPiper

Will the pen input support pressure sensitivity in Photoshop?

    • kehool

depends on whether it’s an inductive pen.. i’ve been trying to find that out for a while now.. at that price point it doesn’t seem very likely however.. convertibles with inductive input usually cost upwards of 1.2k

  • Myclevername

I thought Acer was in love with Android and expecting it’s baby? Screw ’em. I hope these fail.

  • AS147

Unfortunately in tablet mode it doesn’t close flat which is really going be an issue for many like me.

    • Kruegerman

Why would it be an issue? It’s a 15″ device. It ain’t going to be light. Have you ever tried holding/lifting up an object that’s both heavy and thin? That’s the worst possible combination for ergonomics.

  • David

    “Can I borrow it?”
Then, give it to another woman LOL

  • Bugbog

Seems Acer is getting serious with Win8!

  • Kruegerman

That’s the best damn design I’ve seen yet.

  • Windows 8

Now Acer is talking, these are superb products, I fell in love with teh R7 right away.. !!
Would see it when it launches in my country.. for sure.

  • HighDefJunkies

I would rather get a Surface Pro. Same price and more powerful.
