As announced earlier, Microsoft is now taking orders for Intel Core i7 and Intel Core i3 based Surface Pro 3 to pre-ordered customers. Last month, Microsoft started selling Intel Core i5 based version alone and Microsoft announced during their earnings call that Surface Pro 3 is selling well.     If they were $799 in my neck of the woods but a $999 starting point is just to much for me to justify the upgrade

      Feel the same way, I think its a great device, but way too expansive in my opinion. Price has to come done otherwise it will be a flop.
