Usually, whenever a new OS or OS update release happens, Microsoft will allow users to download it from the installer or download it as ISO to install them whenever we want using DVD/USB media. Even though Microsoft has talked about literally everything on Xbox One, from its design decisions to marketing stuff, we are yet to know about the apps running on Xbox One. Xbox One is a powerful gaming PC that runs 3 operating systems simultaneously. Microsoft has removed Windows RT 8.1 update from Windows Store temporarily. There seems to be some issues affecting users while they updating their devices. Microsoft is aware of the issue and already investigating it. Even though Microsoft’s stranglehold in Operating Systems for computing devices has faded over the past few years, Microsoft continues to have a stranglehold on Office productivity suite in the enterprise. According to a recent report from Forrester, more than 85% of respondents continues to use Microsoft Office in their enterprise and the only notable competitor is Google Apps which is few percentage points. One in five firms uses email in the cloud. Another quarter plans to move at some point. More are using Office 365 (14%) than Google Apps (9%). Just 22% of respondents are on Office 2013. Default zoom has been changed from 100% in windows 8, to 125% in windows 8.1. IE selects a default zoom based on the DPI and expected viewing distance of the device to optimize for consistent readability across form factors and display densities.
