Today, ZDNet reported that Microsoft is planning to deliver a “technology preview” of its upcoming major Windows release codenamed “Threshold” by late September or early October. Windows Threshold is likely to be marketed as Windows 9 will be released as a public preview for anyone who are interested by end of this year.
