Microsoft provided the following statement regarding this issue which confirms that Microsoft does not monitor Skype calls for excessive profanity and few user’s accounts got banned due to some bug. However, they have confirmed that excessive profanity as well as other Code of Conduct violations in Xbox Live Upload Studio videos will be enforced upon and result in suspension of some or all privileges on Xbox Live.
