Microsoft gave a keynote presentation in Taipei, Taiwan at Computex 2013. In the presentation Microsoft discusses Windows 8.1 and some of the new features that are coming. Among the notable executives in the keynote address are Antoine Leblond, corporate vice president of Windows program management, Tami Reller from Windows Business, and Jensen Harris from the Windows User Experience Team. The new start button is shown off in this video. Also many new devices are shown including the Lenovo Miix 8. Microsoft will release a public preview of Windows 8.1 later this month at the BUILD conference in San Francisco.
My recommendation, skip Tami Reller’s talk and start the video about ~22 mins in.
