How To Create Aliases In Outlook.com (Video)

3

One of the most underrated feature in Outlook.com is the ability to create aliases for free. In Outlook.com, you can create new email addresses—or aliases—in addition to your existing address, and manage them all from one inbox. Since the new addresses you created are just aliases, they also share the same contact list, calendar, and account settings as your primary email address. Microsoft has also added the ability to sign in to your account with any alias—they all use the same password—and you can choose which alias you want to send an email from.

There are life moments that call for an email address update. Maybe you’re hunting for a new job, and need a more professional email address. Perhaps you’re getting married, and want your address to reflect your new name. Or you’re attending an industry event or signing up for a new email newsletter, and you don’t want to distribute your personal email address

Watch the above video to know how to create aliases on your Outlook account.
