LOL! These stupid OEMs are wondering why they have trouble selling some products. They’re asking $750 for a convertible that has a shitty 1366×768 screen resolution. Nice fail HP.

    • Kruegerman

I have not seen any W8 tablet with 128GB SSD and better resolution going for less than $750.

yup low res touchscreen monitor an a 13 processor is not worth the price tag, should be priced around $499 or so. OEM’s just charge too much for windows machines and there is no real justification for the high price anymore. A windows licence does not add on an extra $400 compared to a similar spec’d android tablet, these oems should be ashamed for tying to simply rip of the public.

      • Kruegerman

Check the prices of comparable models by other OEMs.

Exactly!!!! But then again Microsoft themselves not doing any better with the whole $900 million dollars write off of the Surface RT flop.

  • Tirinti

They say it’s post PC era. Actualy it is post lowres touchless screen era.

Outdated CPU and high price won’t make it better.

    1080p minimum

    • Kruegerman

Good luck finding that resolution for $750.

  • Kruegerman

To all the morons trashing this device, look beyond the resolution, which is the equivalent of a fucking MacBook Air.

    It’s a tablet with:
4GB RAM (expandable to 8GB–that is a HUGE feature. I have $1000 Samsung ATIV Pro 1080p tablet that has 4GB RAM with no way to upgrade the memory.)
    Core i3 processor
    Full Windows 8
A keyboard dock with REAL hinge-not some floppity-flop bullshit like on the Surface
Up to 500GB additional storage in the dock (Holy fuck! That is an awesome feature!)

    • XBoXer

Your right about having a real keyboard but the Air has 10 hours of batter life which is the really important feature on a portable.
