Let’s hope Skydrive awareness increases with these efforts! The app looks cool!

If it doesn’t offer icloud-esque capabilities to save apps, reminders etc its a major fail. I’m tired of buying apps that are pulled from marketplace and I’m one hard reset or another phone away from losing it…

if you cared to read about Windows 8 and skydrive you already would know the answer to your “question”.

I think skydrive blows icloud out the water.

Looks super cool!  Will this be available in the beta version?

As beautiful as metro is, hotmail, calendar and SkyDrive have extremely ugly UI’s. It needs a major overhaul. If Microsoft is serious about consumers, they can’t really be happy with the UI right now.

Yeah, live.com really needs an overhaul.

Saying that, Skydrive is looking to be exactly what we expect.

So do you think about the Google & apple UI’s?  Google & appple UI’s are difficult, hard to understand and ugly.  I find Microsoft interfaces very easy to figure out and the look is very functional…

my only comment is they could use a little more color…

You have GOT to be kidding if you think Apple’s UI’s are difficult… seriously.

And Google latest updates on their Gmail don’t look half bad.

All we need (read: all I want) is a metrofied Live.com site.

I hope they had support for document thumbnails – at the very least for their own apps. That word icon looks remarkably old and out of place in the middle of a fluid ui.
