Microsoft is investing and partnering with Adchemy, an advertising technology company. Techcrunch today reported that Microsoft has joined August Capital and the Mayfield Fund to invest $61 million in Adchemy series-E funding.
Along with investment, Microsoft is also extending its partnership with Adchemy to provide ad technology to its Microsoft adCenter customers. Adchemy’s IntentMap technology allows advertisers improve their paid search campaigns and expand keyword coverage by using consumer intent instead of individual keywords.
Another good move that would help Microsoft to better serve its advertising customers.
