Microsoft Office 2013 Pricing Details Leaked

Microsoft is expected to release their next-generation Office productivity suite in the coming weeks. Details on the pricing and SKUs of the upcoming Office got leaked by a slide meant for resellers, etc,. ZDnet posted all the information about it and as you can see in the image above, Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 will start from $139 which is the cheapest available SKU.

Following SKUs will be available,

  • Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013
  • Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013
  • Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 RT
  • Microsoft Office Personal 2013 (available in Japan only)
  • Microsoft Office Professional 2013
  • Microsoft Office Professional Academic 2013
  • Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 (for volume licensees only)
  • Microsoft Office Standard 2013 (for volume licensees only)

      It’s a single license from what they’ve said in the past. Office 365 will allow you to install Office 2013 and I believe Office 2011 for Mac on up to 5 computers.

          Office 365 is the pay per month service. Depends which level you choose for example Office 365 University gets Office Home and Student.
