Microsoft Reorg: Windows UX Head Jenson Harris And App Store Head Ted Dworkin Move To Bing Team

The reorganization of people inside Microsoft continues. Geekwire yesterday revealed two important changes among top executives. Ted Dworkin, the director of program management of Windows Store in Windows 8 and Jensen Harris, the director of program management for the Windows User Experience have moved to new roles in Bing team within Microsoft. Microsoft confirmed the changes and also declined to provide any specifics on their new job at Bing team. Microsoft also didn’t reveal who will be responsible for their past roles at Windows team headed by Terry Myerson.

    I really hope that Microsoft will make Bing the front of most of their major services, seriously, they can use small Metro-icons at the top for Outlook.com, SkyDrive, So.cl, Skype, Photosynth, Xbox LIVE, Etc.

    The Harris news is unsurprising. There was way too much fail in the initial W8 UI.
