Microsoft Shows Off Upcoming Skype Video Call Integration In Outlook.com (Video)

In a new video ad released on YouTube, Microsoft’s new webmail service Outlook.com revealed the upcoming Skype video call integration inside the browser. The ad which shows off lots of Outlook.com features, finally showed the ability to make Skype video calls while having conversation with your friends on Outlook.com’s Skype IM. It also states at the end that Skype experience is coming soon.

    Looks pretty awesome to me. Would be slick to finally be able to use Microsoft ecosystem for video calls from my Outlook mailbox. Gmail has something similar but I’m trying to get away from as much google shit as I can. This is good news.
