After the last week’s reports that Microsoft is working on bringing Comcast’s Xfinity TV and Verizon’s FiOs content to Xbox, Bloomberg today reports that Microsoft is bringing much more than that. Microsoft is in talks with  almost two dozen providers of music, sports, movies and TV shows in the U.S. and Europe. The list includes HBO, NBC’s Bravo, etc. And Microsoft is expected to announce this new Xbox LIVE TV service next week when it rolls out the new Xbox Dashboard UI which has also undergone Metro Design language refresh.

Exciting time ahead for Xbox owners ! !

What im interested in is, are they going in the way of a new option for TV, I.E in the UK competing with Sky and Virgin, or are they going to just add to the current Sky option.
