Microsoft today announced that they are starting the roll-out of February system update for Xbox One customers. As you already know, this update includes several new improvements such as the ability to see and manage your storage space, ability to use your USB keyboard,  and more. For the vast majority of Xbox One owners who use “Instant On” (the low power state that allows you to instantly power up your console by saying “Xbox On”), the console automatically checks for updates when customers turn it off. This means now that we’ve made the February update available, the next time you turn your console off it will take the update during off-peak hours in your local time. All that to say, never fear you’ll see it sometime over the weekend. As a reminder, here are some of the features you’ll see in this update: The ability to see and manage your ...

Today at CES, Samsung has announced the update for 15-inch ATIV Book 9 Plus Ultrabook. First, the display has been updated to 1080p(300 nits) with touch support. Surface Mini Concept Render Just few hours ago, we reported some new information regarding the upcoming Surface ‘mini’ tablet from Microsoft. There is a new information from ZDNet that Surface Mini won’t be released until Sprint 2014. According to Mary Jo Foley, the Surface Mini is coming, but not in calendar 2013 and she expects Surface Mini in early 2014. She also reported that the Surface Mini is going to come preloaded with a Windows 8.1 update, that is codenamed “Spring 2014 GDR.” The Spring 2014 GDR for Windows 8.1 will align with Windows Phone “Blue,” which may or may not be called Windows Phone 8.1 when it ships, according to my sources. Whatever it’s called, it will be the first “major” update for Windows Phone since Microsoft rolled out Windows Phone 8 in fall 2012. If the new cross-divisional operating system division at Microsoft can pull this off, Microsoft will ...
