CBI has seized hard disks and router that were used by the accused along with number of Microsoft Product Kits and other documents from his house. They have even freezed his bank account used by him. Microsoft might be soon launching their Surface tablets in India. Recently, Microsoft Surface and Surface Pro 2 tablets have passed BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) procedure to import inside India. As you can see in the image above, Maintek Computer( A unit of Pegatron) has shipped them to India. Microsoft has provided the following statement regarding this import process, “As per BIS processes, certification is mandatory for this category. Yesterday, we reported that Microsoft Windows had 2.1% of the worldwide tablet market with a total of 4 million units sold in 2013 according to Gartner.
