Titanfall South Africa

While everyone around the world are waiting for the Titanfall game launch in the next few days, Titanfall customers in South Africa have got bad news. EA’s Redspawn has decided to cancel the launch of Titanfall in South Africa due to poor network performance.

“EA, Respawn and Microsoft have been testing Titanfall all over the world, including South Africa, and we’re confident that players worldwide will have a great experience when the game launches in March. Of course, we’ll always be looking to improve that experience over time – whether that’s through local resources or other enhancements – but we have no other news on that today.”

In the end this is the right decision given it’s a multiplayer-only game. It’s disappointing, sure, but it would be worse if you paid for a product that wasn’t working well.
