Sony currently has a Windows 8 hybrid called VAIO Duo 11 in the market. A recent YouTube video has apparently revealed an upcoming 13-inch Ultrabook hybrid device. The device will come with a 1080p Triluminos touchscreen display, with stylus support. The device was in silver/white color with “SurfSlider design,” backlit keyboard, ClearAudio+ and ActiveSleep tech, NFC, 8-megapixel camera with Exmor RS sensor, Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD and a 10 hours of battery life!  Specs and design sounds great, I hope Sony delivers its promise.

Ridiculously small track pad – that will be virtually unusable.

Small but likely better than optical nub found on the Duo 11. Also a plus over Duo 11, the keyboard is now recessed a tad. The key for me is digitizer/pen support and weight.

why unusable? have you even tried it yet? is your finger the size of a sausage?

        LOL!

I tend to agree, but Win8 is all about horizontal scrolling. This track pad tends be thinking the same thing.

    Yup it looks great!

This website is very poorly designed and doesn’t look like there was any effort put to it. I know this is just a MS fanboy site, but still.

Pradeep, please– there are many great WordPress themes out there to choose from.

If it is a fanboy site, then it needs to be a metro theme!!!!

Try not to be an ass. I know it’s difficult for you, and you probably learned it from your parents, assuming you knew either of them.

I agree, soon as I looked at this design I asked myself what happened to Sony as electronics company they used to be beautiful. This makes Acer designs look good and that is just sad..

Nice, I like it but how are you ever going to protect the screen?

    “A YouTube video” link??

Agree that this site is difficult to read on mobile browser, please reduce the length of the lines of text so when you zoom in the text is a decent size when the paragraph wraps the linr

That screen angle puts me off.
