Windows 8.1 Camera App To Integrate Photosynth In It

Recently, a Windows 8.1 build ‘9385’ got leaked on the web. This build revealed new features such as improved IE11 F12 developer tools, Assigned Access Mode, lock screen settings now allows you to choose an app to show alarms and more.

Digging through the source code, it was revealed that the camera app in Windows 8.1 will include Photosynth into it. Photosynth allows you to capture and view the world in 3D. You can share your creations with your friends on Facebook, publish them to Bing, or embed them in your own blog or Web site. Photosynth offers two styles for creating immersive 3D experiences: panoramas and synths.

    I don’t see the point of making this available for desktop PCs but it is actually a great addition to Windows 8 tablets.

      Primarily for tablets, but also notebooks, And desktops with adjustable (i.e. cabled) webcams.
