Xbox 360 Dominated December Console Sales With 1.4 Million Units

Microsoft today announced that Xbox 360 lead the console sales for 24 consecutive months in US. According to the NPD Group, Xbox 360 ended this year as the best-selling console in the U.S. in 2013, selling 1.4 million units in December.

NPD data also shows that in December, Xbox 360 held seven of the top 10 console game titles, including “Halo 4,” “Assassin’s Creed III,” “Just Dance 4,” “NBA 2K13,” “Far Cry 3,” “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2” and “Madden NFL 13.”

Microsoft also hinted that even more offerings are coming to the Xbox platform and as a result expects 2013 to be another big year for Xbox 360.

      Ya how’s that work? If PS3 sold more than XBOX how has Microsoft lead every month of the year? Or is this just in the US?
